Flax 0.1.7, based on Chia 1.3.2.

This release picks up a security fix to OpenSSL CVE-2022-0778 as well as other bug fixes (see the Chia 1.3.2 release notes for more details). We urge an update at your earliest convenience.

Just like in our previous versions, we support farming with NFT plots for the entire 2 XFX reward. You will get the 0.25 XFX farmer reward per block immediately, and the remaining 1.75 XFX pool reward will enter your wallet after one week.
