About the PR
ItemPlacer used to unconditionally change the CollisionWake status for all colliding entities that have it, including players. Colliding with a hotplate would permanently enable CollisionWake on your player, which disables collisions on your physics body once it goes to sleep (stops moving and colliding with anything else).
Robotic arms also do it, but in the opposite direction: they disable CollisionWake, which is harmless (only neglibibly worsens performance due to affected items always having their collisions enabled even when lying on the floor)
Also added the LowImpassable layer to rope links to make them prevent airlocks from closing on them (which is pretty annoying as it causes the rope to get stuck)
