Adds missing quad chassis (Generic, Engineering, Janitor) and resprites the currently existing quad chassis (Security, Salvage, Medical, Service). Adds Command and CentCom chassis as admeme spawnables.

Looks fine so far, but I think we may need to ask people's opinion about the resprite?

This all looks fine, but I can't get behind the service sprite. It is very different than the others.

it is based on the design of kerfuś type bots, with soft rubber joints and plastic plating, it were supposed to look diffrent to the others since the rest are preatty much deisged for heavy duty work. In personal opinion i like it (and yes im baiased since i sprited it xD)

and well putting it against a white background isnt helping as well ..
These components weren't actually needed and were redundant, brain controls language.

im personally not a big fan of the service, generic, salvage, sec, and med quadborgs in this, they look.. bland? they don't have as much detail as the current quads. HOWEVER, definitely happy to have more variants for more jobs. totally not biased towards the engi quad |

I thinks the sprites are great! Some are a little too saturated in my opinion, mainly the medical and security quads, and the service quad is.. haunting. The cube quad looks great and really makes it look like it fits the logistics department. |

About the PR
Adds the missing quad variants of existing cyborg changes, as well as new sprites for the existing ones. Command and Central Command chassis were also added on request, only spawnable by admins. These two chassis are compatible with all modules, until/if we decide to add actual modules for them.
Why / Balance
More quad variants are always appreciated.
