Improved perma, reporter likewise fixed up the archivists room. Increased the librarays area, moved all of theatre to the new dorms. New dorms too, fixed all of the weird firelock placements. Improving general firelock safety through the station and redoing a lot of air alarms. Added the sectech's stuff with a bomb suit in security, added shutters to some more private areas so people could get privacy easier.
Removed an invalid i missed.

- CE's door is compeltly missing
- there is a random APE bored in the bridge meeting room
- mime room is missing a bed and a table for its fax machine
- the clown dose not need a hardsuit on round start
- you have holopads in bed rooms meaning AI can just spy on people
- there is no room with an apc or borg charger for ipc/borg players
- disposals recycler is on the wrong side of disposals
- the library was expanded into the hallway for some reason?
- the librarians door is AirlockScienceLocked when it should be AirlockLibraryLocked
- All of the bookshelfs are empty
- You have a door in the expanded library that serves zero purpose since you can just walk around it
- The game room of the library is missing a door
- Lo's office is missing firelocks and the second door is pointless since you can just go over the counter, i also dont know why you expanded it so much
- There are random vacum fix markers from where you expanded maints bar
- The perma expansion is missing showers in the bathroom
- As i said through discord, the sech tech dosen't need a closet and or bomb suit, its not their job to defuse things
- I was ensured the station would not be expanded and yet it is in every part touched

About the PR
I have been told a lot of issues about amber wither it be airlocks or generally just not good setup air alarms. I've gone through and redone all of the air alarms and fire locks, i have also modified the dorm area to be its own separate section along with all of theater that being the clown, mime and musician so they aren't all stuck in one tight spot beside EPI. having some room to breath, i also expanded perma since its a little crammed. Added the sectech closet and bomb suit to security. Increased the size of the holding cell room beside justice, altered doors so they more inline with their local areas.
The reporter was also given additional camera's and a better office, the maint's bar also received better rooms for its "cilents" including a slightly improvements to its general layout and things inside.
Technical details
Generally the main issue was resolved this time around was the poor placement of firelocks which has been addressed like wise minor general improvements to all atmos on the map.
