P3: Badge placed at the very top of the README, but all existing badges (OpenSSF Best Practices, Baseline Levels 1-3) are grouped in the footer section (around line 124) under the Support EGC area. This creates visual inconsistency — the badge appears above the language selector, hero image, and project title instead of alongside the other badges. Consider moving it to the badge row at the bottom.
