[OU-IMP] apriori: merge purchase_requisition_stock_dropshipping

Although the module is obsolete (it was removed on odoo/odoo@952af87), the functionality was technically an extension of purchase_requisition_stock for the call for tenders flow regarding dropshipping. In v16, the call for tenders flow has disappeared, changed by the purchase.order.group link between purchases.
