I added most of the testing plugins Dean suggested. Some of them were already there. PodCoverageTests would still fail (though not comprehensively), and all of the undocumented methods are pretty much internal. I couldn't find a precedent on how you want to handle those, so I didn't touch that part.
This is my entry for the Pull Request Challenge 2017 for July.
