Pull request overview
Moves the CodeQL suppression comment for the actions/untrusted-checkout alert within the run-change-detection composite action in an attempt to align it with the location CodeQL expects for suppressions.
Changes:
- Relocates the explanatory comment block and CodeQL suppression marker to above the checkout step.
