Simulates the UART protocol, decoding UART pulses or ASCII characters. . Update v0.0.1: Initial comit. Basic file management procedures added. Basic UART pulses decoding procedure included. Update v0.0.2: Polished procedures. Better interface with ANSI colors. Update v0.0.3: UART pulses decoding procedure is more powerful. Wrong options doesn't make fatal erros anymore. Char decoding procedure is yet to come.
