install_cpacks - use yml as canonical source of packages and versions
build.sh - force copy in FreeRTOSConfig.h since RTE is generating one that doesn't include logging config and MVE config
run.sh - fix run path
config.sh - new script for end to end config using AWS CLI, inputing cert/key blocks, etc.
IoT.csolotion.yml - bump CMSIS-FreeRTOS version
