optee-os: Remove upstreamed patches

Both patches have been upstreamed since 3.19.

Namely:

• OP-TEE/optee_os@d992553
• OP-TEE/optee_os@0b8a917
  • later changed again by OP-TEE/optee_os@2f4d97e

Tested on TQMa93xx

Looks fine to me, though, honestly, I'm not following optee myself very closely. There is a new version of optee 4.4.0.imx that we used for our 6.6.52-2.2.0 release.
