In this PR we add some simple DFIT examples for trivial geometries.

  • Generate input files for DFIT cases
    • DFIT with KGD geometry
      • smoke (added to integratedTests)
      • benchmark
      • postprocessing script
    • DFIT with penny-shaped geometry
      • smoke (added to integratedTests)
      • benchmark
      • postprocessing script
    • DFIT with PKN geometry
      • smoke (added to integratedTests)
      • benchmark
      • postprocessing script
