This copies over the nnr scripts from GEOSadas and puts them in the AeroML repository under Applications/GAAS_App/
I want to pull the NNR scripts into GEOSadas from AeroML to be able to version control more easily.
This is also in preparation of adding VIIRS.
This is a zero-diff structural change.
