Set of modules for RTXI with the functionality of RTHybrid to build hybrid circuits between neuron models and living neurons, including the automatic adaptation and calibration algorithms.
For the standalone version of RTHybrid check https://github.com/GNB-UAM/RTHybrid.
Executing sudo sh install.sh
will compile and install all the modules at once (requires sudo permission).
