This was originally on hold until our CAD for this year's robot was finished.
Ideally, let's get every subsystem working in simulation this time, not just the drivetrain! That would be pretty useful (and cool).
NOTE: We will also need to update our Nav2 footprint to match the footprint of the new robot.
