Right now this just moves the deep dark void miner loader to GT5u. I'm not sure why it was in the coremod because it doesn't belong here. I may add something else latter, but thankfully it seems that the coremod doesn't have many changes in it.
loosely depends on: GTNewHorizons/GT5-Unofficial#3662 (doesn't have a hard dependency/need a specific tag order, but they do need to be put in the same release)
