informME includes the following directories:

  1. informME/bin - contains softlinks to all executable bash scripts

  2. informME/src - contains all bash wrappers as well as the MATLAB, C++, and R code used by informME

  3. informME/third_party - contains third party MATLAB software used by informME

  4. informME/cluster - contains templates for running informME on SGE and SLURM clusters
