  • use cache in Github Action for all builds
    • reduce build time from 50+ mins to 26+ mins by using actions/cache@v3 to cache some dependencies
  • remove the build for Ubuntu 18.04 bionic, which reaches its end of life on April 30, 2023
  • add build for Ubuntu 22.04 jammy
