Add "trench" everywhere instead of Zone or arc

Changed "arc" to "Subduction Zone" - trench can imply too specific of a location, and I believe the DARTs aren't located in the trenches themselves but nearby - especially NZJ. |
Updated DART location labels in stations.csv to better reflect the current naming conventions of their respective regions. i.e. replaced "New Hebrides" to "Vanuatu" and added "Subduction Zone" to the end of Vanuatu, Hikurangi, Tonga, and Kermadec.
