* Added new tables to fedASDF db to speed up queries * Renamed key API to better conform to functionality
* Integrated exclusive use of GCMT catalogs, moving away from ISC catalogs * Improved logging and reporting of data-extraction stats * Removed functionality for downloading catalogs
