How to setup symbols usage.

1. Define env var _NT_SYMBOL_PATH = srv*c:\symbols*http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols
2. Copy to binary folder following DLLs: dbgeng.dll, dbghelp.dll, symsrv.dll
