Added the latest and greatest in NGC-Rogue-Sector-Property-Theft Technologies, the humble Claimant Stake! Like a wreck? Wish you could keep it fow evow en evow but the mean wittle weckage cwaimant system cwushes your dweams? Well this fixes that. Enjoy.
Why / Balance
Because Trash Goblins need this, and because it's awesome and i always wanted this. Balance wise, who cares? In all seriousness, it will not be an issue so long as there are only a few claimant stakes used at a time. There is no upper limit explicitly defined. It is only limited by the number of people who interact with this system and those who have access to claimant stakes. They are not craftable for this reason.
How to Test
Purchase a Claimant Stake from the Flatpack Vendor, emplace on a wreckage with provided 2kw of power at minimum. Activate and activate whilst active to establish claim of wreck. Enjoy.

Breaking Changes (For Other Forks)
Any fork with an auto cleanup system, or any systems that differ from Null Sector's as of 20251126 will inevitably see their beloved wreckages vanish before them. Though I would add accommodations, I cannot.
