Resolve HARNESS.md relative to the installed plugin directory instead of assuming /root/cli-anything. Update the plugin command docs and setup guides to describe generated harness paths relative to the user-provided software path or local checkout. Refresh quickstart, publishing, and methodology examples so they no longer depend on a specific filesystem layout.
