@EshaHaque If someone has already run doxygen from the command line as explained in the previously existing version of our instruction page, then has the documentation not been generated? You have written "You can then run...", but everything in the remainder of that sentence could have been done before as well. |

@ndattani Perhaps it would be better for me to specify that they can optionally install the GUI? I can update the wording to be more clear. I have since found that it is simpler to avoid using the GUI at all, but someone may want to use it if they want to follow the steps in the rest of the guide. Sorry for the confusion. |

Added "You can then run sudo apt install doxygen-gui to install the doxywizard GUI. Open doxywizard with the command doxywizard." into step 2 to make it clearer how to access doxywizard.
