The openms_2.4.0_04-PestMixes.mztab is the original output copied and renamed from https://github.com/OpenMS/OpenMS/blob/f7f2dd7e925d17770a00e91a860c1aa673fd9179/src/tests/class_tests/openms/data/MzTabMFile_output_1.mztab which fails validation a lot. The 2.4.0-manualFixes is a manually edited version that passes 1.0.6 validation.
