PBOS Update V3.0

The PicoBoy V2 has been released!

Updates:

• Enhanced performance and efficiency, reducing resource usage by 30%
• Added new Data Upload Mode screen
• Added new "No Games" screen
• Fixed issue where the brightness would be incorrectly reported as negative
• New layout in the settings menu with a scroll bar
• PBOS now supports 4 more languages:
• Spanish
• French
• Italian
• German
• New first time setup when formatted, it has sections for:
