Feels like CanBuyAnother(GetCheckPrice()) could be a single function call CanBuyCheck()

The point is to have the GetCheckPrice separate so that the logic tracker can display the price in addition to if the check can be bought.

I'm not opposed to renaming CanBuyAnother to CanBuyCheck.
