Intended to fix the bug mentioned in pull #1027.
About the PR
Lowers the Max for many plants' default chemicals so that it can be attained at 100% potency.
Lowers the PotencyDivisor for the following plants' default chemicals so that it produces the nearest higher whole number.
Why / Balance
Allows the previously mentioned PR to function as intended. Plants mentioned above will produce less than 1u more of those mentioned chemicals per fruit at max potency, so it shouldn't noticeably affect balance.
