I think this is a bad idea. Spinning should probably just have a cooldown |

Spinning should cause you to be dizzy (like being drunk) if you do it too many times and make you slam into a wall. |

When using
*spinpreviously, it would output to chat[character name]spins!, which can become annoying if a user is using a BYOND macro.Why and what will this PR improve
Allows for undisruptive use of BYOND macros for extended emote spinning.
