这样的话，要用其他的接口来写了，网易云的那个 search url 直接用的话 错误太多。
有空我更新一下。

获取封面的API应该允许Title为空的情况
三者都传：获取歌曲封面
不传歌曲标题：获取专辑封面
只传歌手名：获取歌手图片

添加网易云音乐查询接口. 公用数据库挂了的话, 可以用作备份.
