- whitehouse.py 삭제 및 ucsb.py 생성에 따른 전처리 파일 수정
- fed fomc 코드 개선에 따른 데이터 품질 향상
- 현재 본문을 Ollama로 요약한 후 sentiment 분석 진행, 추후 요약기 사용하지 않고 청크로 나눠 sentiment를 분석한 뒤 통계치를 사용할 예정.

crawler/collectors/ucsb_keywords.json 이 파일에 있는건 석호 님이 직접 설정한 키워드들인건가요?
