In https://dev.hume.ai/docs/text-to-speech-tts/quickstart/python I want there to be less boilerplate at the top that you have to paste in before you get to the simplest
hume.tts.synthesizeJsoncommands. So I moved it down further. It's a little unusual nesting class definitions inside a function but I think it's ok for example code.
