Common Pitfalls:

• The original code was written for the Hyperledger Fabric platform version 1.1. The master version should be used with that version
• Upgrades have been done to versions 1.2 and 1.4. There are no changes to functions or interfaces, and no feature additions. Minimal changes to the code were made to conform to changes in the platform. Please clone and build the appropriate branches of Fabric and Fabric-CA (release-1.2 and release-1.4 branches.)
