Mentioned in one of our test runs and by a reviewer: The amount of choices can be overwhelming, some guidance would be good.

Ideas:

  1. Suggested next Steps in each tab at the bottom akin to You wanna check ... next? - Buttons
  2. Tooltip (no pictures, that did not work, but general tooltip) on each tab
  3. Questionmark on Guidance on the tab level -> with some workflow figure and explanations of "usual" checks
  4. Arrows guiding from where to where workflow makes sense (not entirely sure on this and definitely needs to be aböle to be turned off)

  • Order:
    1., 2., 3. -> Suggested Order but make clear that optional

  • Tooltip

  • In info box: Click on tab to navigate

  • Next to inbox: skip to ...

  • Split window button and have a workflow
