Add the official @IQOFFICIAL X account link next to the existing @IQAICOM link in the footer social links. Labels distinguish the two: "X (IQ)" -> @IQOFFICIAL, "X (IQ AI)" -> @IQAICOM. Closes IQIndustries/issues#5018 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds the official @IQOFFICIAL X (Twitter) link to the footer social links, right next to the existing @IQAICOM link (both retained, per the Figma design and issue instructions).
Labels distinguish the two handles:
X (IQ)→https://x.com/IQofficialX (IQ AI)→https://x.com/IQAICOMChanges
