A list of websites that might be suitable for hosting MR-related data.
Specific to MRI:
- http://mridata.org/ - mridata.org - A website created specifically to host k-space datasets from MRI
- https://fastmri.med.nyu.edu/ - fastmri - The fast MRI data set.
- https://openneuro.org/ - OpenNEURO - A free and open platform for sharing MRI, MEG, EEG, iEEG, and ECoG data
Generic:
- https://osf.io/ - Open Science Framework - Free to archive data (funded by the Center for Open Science - a non-profit organization). Max individual file size: 5 GB (see here). Currently no cap on data per user or per project.
- https://zenodo.org/ - Zenodo - Free to archive data, up to 50 GB per project.
- https://dataverse.harvard.edu/ -- Harvard Dataverse - Free to archive data up to 2.5GB per file and 1TB in total.
