The BRT Planning Guide is an excellent resource for researchers who may wish to study the processes behind designing public transit systems. At present, there is a lack of clear citation format for the guide.
In order to remove any questions or doubts over the citation format, I believe it will be useful for the GitHub repository to directly contain a citation link. GitHub provides a means of including citation using the CITATION.cff [1].
Through this PR, I wish to provide a CITATION.cff file. This file can be further edited to make it more appropriate for the guide.
With the exception of the CITATION.cff file, this PR does not contain any changes to any files.
