Note

if there is permission error use chmod +x fixperms.sh then type ./fixperms.sh

Instructions :-

1. Use installplayit.sh to install playit in codespace.run script ./installplayit.sh
2. type playit in terminal to start playit and configure it.

after starting play it click the link

after clicking link while holding ctrl you will be redirected to playit.gg

Click continue

Give the agent any name you want and then press add agent

Click on tunnels

Click on the tunnel oof the old agent

scroll down and click on tranfer your tunnel

select the agent you just added

now press transfer tunnel

click on Agents

select the old agent from which you transfered the tunnel

click on settings and then delete agent

Your playit is now ready

4. type ./start.sh to start the server.
5. Enjoy your crossplay minecraft server running on codespace.

Tip

1 Github account allows 60 hours of codespace time pn 2 core so if you waant to run server either 24/7 or more than 60 hours use multiple github accounts and use either fork or collaborate to sync the server.

For 24/7 create 15 accounts for running the server and 1 to save the server

to start backup type ./backup.sh

Start playit , backup and server on differnent terminals as they wont run on 1 single terminal you can start other terminals by pressing the button shown in pic below
