I guess the main problem is using transparent SVG instead of a PNG (WebP cannot be used in general on all devices). I'd go for 512x512px PNG image and lower resolution variants.

maybe it needs to shrink to 500x500 and fill with #fff to 512x512 to make it look okay on Android circled icons
