divDyn tutorial

Added the first real tutorial on the R package divDyn. Updated documentation. Fixed some minor bugs with existing functions. Added unit tests.

First complete release.

Includes show functions such as show_tutorials, show_description, and show_dependencies. Further loads all packages needed with load_dependencies and finally starts a tutorial with start_tutorial.
