Override Repeat One Skip Behavior

Modified skipToNext in PlayerViewModel to allow manual skipping to the next track even when REPEAT_MODE_ONE is active. The implementation handles skipping to the next item in the player, wrapping around to the start of the playlist when at the end of the queue, and fallback logic for lazy-loaded queue items.
