What does this PR do?

While investigating Issue #928, I found that
case 'vidhanaSoudha'insrc/components/CityCanvas.tsxcurrently renders theMarinaLighthousecomponent.I searched the repository but couldn't find a dedicated
VidhanaSoudhacomponent, 3D model, or related files that match the issue description (dome misalignment and missing window details).Could you please point me to the correct component/file, or let me know if this issue refers to an older version of the project?
