For a summary:

  • Updated and rearranged spice scripts to match updated workflow
  • Updated readme to match new workflow
  • Minor adjustments to merg_mean_surface_crps.py and plot_surface_crps.py to add consistency with use of /profiles.
  • Added use of config.comp_case into plot_surface_crps.py and added comp variables to spice_config
