This PR

Sets up a proxy (inside of external app) in order to run the openproject as an external app of Nextcloud.
Adds README for the manual installation of openproject as an external app of Nextcloud.

NOTE : if you want to also test the OpenProject running through the proxy or as an ex app with the integration app then checkout this PR (still in draft) nextcloud/integration_openproject#690 and do integration set up and run all the features of our integration_openproject app with the proxy.
