Reconstruction for the alert atof

This contains a first version of the reconstruction software for the alert atof.
Three new banks are used.
"AHDC::Projections" contains information from tracks recorded in the AHDC and projected with a helix model to surfaces of the ATOF.
"ATOF::hits" contains information about hits, reading the tdc bank, associating hits readout at both ends of the bars, and converting tdc,tot,sector/layer/component to time,energy,positions
"ATOF::clusters" contains clusters that associate hits in the bars and wedges, and match them to projected tracks within some geometrical limit
