Baseline for "respin1"

This is the starting point for the "respin1" of the concurrent running dataset. As we proceed through the respin, we may need new parameter files, and the final version including those files should be retagged.

Realtime mode added

The realtime mode for PREX analysis now works, with both the engine and a sample panguin client.

Baseline release with datahandlers

The "datahandler" functionality is now present in the engine.

This release is the starting point for the analyzer we will be using during the APEX run.

Initial analyzer for PREX injector tests

This version is able to decode and analyse the PREX injector test data files taken during summer 2018.

Initial simple codebase
