feat: implement ui for private messaging and hook with the endpoint

Issues detected:

• Listen for receive message event on the websocket for both rooms and private messages
• A message meant for a user is shown on another user conversation too
• No message for successful registration
• Private message UI needs improvement
• Do not show the logged in user among the list of users for private message
• I can't go back to rooms page from private messages page
