[Tutorial] How to factory reset your device

Force your device to shut down

Hold the power button for at least 15 seconds. During this process, your device may reboot once before completely shutting down.

Factory Reset

If you can boot into the system

1. Go to "Settings"
2. Go to "System & Update"
3. Select "Factory Settings"

If you cannot get into the system

1. Click the "Power" button then the "Volume Down" button
2. Release both of the buttons as soon as the JingPad logo appears
3. Use the "Volume -" button to select factory reset
4. Click the "Power" button to proceed with the process.
