People who are constatly working on computer screen, prefer using dark mode, it reduces the light emitted by device screens while maintaining the minimum colour contrast ratios required for readability. So to ensure good user experience, creating a dark mode is a better option.

A toggle button, will provide more options to the user, and accordingly they can set there preference.
