As mentioned during the JuliaHealth Monthly meeting, at this time, we sadly cannot do too much more in the way of recognizing your great accomplishment of crossing the 100 GitHub stars threshold at the moment. But! As the smallest gift, here is a small JuliaHealth star counter for your README!
You can also make your own custom star counter by taking an svg image, encoding it to base64, and pasting that encoding into the badge. I tried to do this with the KomaMRI logo but I think it may have been too big? Here's another example if you want to adjust it:
